Nothing mist! To celebrate I will tell you, as promised, the history of the House Merezzate, hidden treasure and unknown to most of the agricultural heritage of Milan.

Merezzate area is located southeast of Milan, in Taliedo district, bordering the new district Santa Giulia (which, if you do not know history, you can get a taste by taking a look at the following link: Committee and Santa Giulia Inquiry Flavio Bini ) . ;
This area is half idle, half devoted to cultivation as the former host Merezzate House (1161 AD). Being owned by the city, and being one of the last remaining undeveloped areas on the outskirts of Milan, was chosen by the administration to make you pass a section of the route of the new SS Paullese (in particular Lot 2, which would connect via all'ortomercato on the elevated railway of the future Lot 3) and to make you rise to a new neighborhood of subsidized housing (based on the Program for Public Housing) which would be built by the cooperative E. CO . POLIS.

Old Merezzate plan for the area, dating back to 1988, stated that the SS would have been buried Paullese throughout ' Merezzate area, to avoid negative externalities for the residents of the neighborhood Taliedo and that it would be built above an urban park strongly desired by the inhabitants.

Merezzate The area has a high historical value, landscape and identity for the inhabitants of the neighborhood. The new quarter Santa Giulia has already made a heavy overbuilding around the neighborhood and being Taliedo not adequately equipped with regard to public green spaces, as a committee Merezzate Park! demand that:

1. Merezzate The farm and its field remain intact and placed under protection as historical and cultural heritage of the neighborhood and city;
2. not be realized Lot 2 but uses the existing infrastructure in this industrial area by diverting traffic way to heavy Toffetti;
